It just happened to be the first one I thought of that I already had installed on my computer and could be used in the demonstration. I didn't choose to use this application in the video because it's totally free, or because it was best one out there at the time.
They also have a nice “How To” page on their website if you would like some more help how to do basic operations once inside. The program I used in this video was called PhotoMe.
